Servo Lineup¶
| Model | Interface | Size (mm) | Weight | Voltage | Torque @ 8.4 V | Speed @ 8.4 V |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| C12204-001 | PWM | 23 × 12 × 27.5 | 21 g | 3.6–10 V | 5.3 kg·cm | 0.07 s/60° |
| C12204-002 | PWM | 23 × 12 × 27.5 | 21 g | 3.6–10 V | 5.3 kg·cm | 0.07 s/60° |
All current models use a coreless brushed motor, full metal gear train and full metal case.
Choosing an interface¶
- PWM
- One or two servos driven by an RC receiver, flight controller or a timer output. Nothing to configure. See PWM control.
- Serial bus (UART / RS-485)
- Three or more joints. One cable daisy-chains every servo, and you can read back position, current, voltage and temperature. See the UART bus protocol.
Sizing torque¶
Leave at least 100 % headroom over the calculated load, and size from the torque at the voltage your supply delivers under load, not its nominal rating. More in the FAQ.
